Professionail Logan Hyperdome

Had a full set put on by a lovely woman who was very attentive and efficient. I brought a nail art reference photo which she matched perfectly and I am over the moon! She regularly check if I was happy with her work which was appreciated. I’ve had numerous compliments since and will go back! Thankyou so much!

I've been here twice recently. The first time, the owner was who did my gel nails, and I was really happy with them. He took time and care to make sure they were right and tried his hardest with the small nail art I asked for, which turned out great.The second time, my nails were done by another lady, and I am not happy with them at all. I got plain pink gel on my natural nails. The colour is see through in some places as there wasn't enough colour put on, the clear coat she put on was clumpy and left my nails uneven and bumpy with bubbles, plus she missed around most of the edges with the clear. She took no time or care in shaping my nails either. Some are wonky or mis-shaped, probably because half the time she was doing them, she wasn't even looking at my nails.I will be going back, but I will be requesting the owner as he is lovely and clearly cares about his business and customers. I don't think the same can be said for everyone who works there.

I went to hyperdome professionail. The lady was rough and very rude. The nail polish was still wet when I walked out of the salon and looked as if a 3 year old had painted them. When I called the store and told them I wasn’t happy with the service they hung up on me.

DO NOT USE THIS NAIL SALON. If I could give no starts I would. Had a full set done here 2 days before my wedding they charged me $75. I showed them what I wanted and they did a horrible job. They then refused to fix them. I had to go over to Hollywood nails and they did a perfect job and said the quality of the nails was disappointing. They came off so easily!

Had an appointment for 9:30 for a manicure. Older lady looked at younger girl. Another woman arrived for a pedicure stating 9:30. They both looked flustered but said nothing to us. We were ushered to table/footpath. I waited 20mins.The wrist rest was filthy and I didn't fancy putting my wrist on it. Floor was covered in old false and real nails and dirt.Another woman turned up saying if they were ready for her. They said another 20mins. She said they already said to come back in half an hour.I told her not to wait as I was already waiting so we both left and got served at another place straight away without booking.

Avoid this place like the plague. They rushed through my service and left my nails sore! The customer service was rude, and my acrylics look terrible. The woman did not pick the right size acrylics so my real nails are showing still, even with the acrylics on. Not to mention how overpriced it was.

Recently had a pedicure with shellac polish - Not a good result Shellac came off within 2 days in some areas. Not happy Salon has gone downhill. Very dirty in its presentation. Very disappointed ! Wont be going back

I got sns nails with tips and less than a week later one nail fell off. They do not do proper prep work on nails before applying product. They use big craft scissors instead of nail scissors to shape the tips... and use weird drill bits that burn your skin and even if you say ow ouch that is hot it hurts they keep going... pix from day 11 with missing claw

Been coming here for quite a while now & never had any issues. Went this morning to get a refill. Opening hours online are 9:00am to 4:00pm. Here I am at 9:10am & not a soul in the store. Pathetic. Update your opening hours or post them on the door.

Lovely staff. Super friendly. Bit more expensive than I am used to, but the quality of work was of a high standard. Would absolutely go back again if I can't get into my normal nail tech.
