After having an issue with my VW Golf going into limp mode I was recommended to Vag Motors.Within minutes of taking my car in to VAG I was told the problem and it was resolved accordingly. Very good and honest mechanic who knows European Cars very well.I must say after having other mechanics look at my car and having no idea what was wrong, it was pleasing to get some old fashion service from someone who knows what they’re doing!Regards,Dom Leko

Great job at more than reasonable prices. I've now taken 2 cars there and recommended them to multiple people.Only reason they lost a star was communication with regards to pick up etc can be lacking at times.

The owner was fantastic, I had an engine issue and even though it was late he took the time to help. He was booked solid for 3 weeks but directed me to BPS. Recommend this place as your first choice.

Lazy. Unprofessional. Dishonest. If you have an older car do not leave it with this mechanic. After 6 months they had done NOTHING, MISDIAGNOSED the problem and tried to charge me $7500 plus GST. I got my car out after having ENOUGH of this useless mechanic and his pathetic excuses. The tyres were flat, the battery was flat (immobiliser won't work if flat), and the paint work was faded badly. He hadn't moved it under shelter AT ALL. Literally let it run down which causes more problems as fluids dry up and plastic gets brittle. CRIMINAL!!!!!!!!

Just would like to say thank you so much for doing my DSG clutch in my Audi. ( the part took about 2 weeks to come ,then it was done the next day) Ive also had my car serviced few weeks ago and I will never take my Audi anywhere else !! Would 100% recommend to friends and family :)
