SolarWide response to issues from old solar panels was great. SolarWide workers who did the new install and upgrade did a great job. They replaced many tiles that had holes from the old solar panel rails and were courteous.

Grant and Darren did a wonderful job installing my new solar system. Grant explained everything very clearly and my garage was left cleaner than it was before they began! The array looks so neat on my roof! The office staff are superb and so helpful. A big thanks to Cas for sorting out my confusion with the app!!My sincere compliments on the overall efficiency, great communication, and the friendliness of the technicians and office staff at Solar Wide. I chose Solarwide after researching and receiving several quotes. They weren’t the cheapest quote but provided a sense of quality and I felt like it was the best value for money.Salesman providing quote was honest and open. Install crew were professional, friendly and took the time to explain everything both during and after the install.Very happy so far - would recommend.

Solarwide are excellent! They were recommended by a relative and we couldn't be happier. From initial onsite consult, to installation and follow up service it was a great experience. We have a tricky location but Jeb had solutions to help maximise the benefits of the system. The installation team turned up on time, they were fast, friendly and cleaned up after themselves. They took the time to explain how to use the app and inverter. Dealing with the administration team has been easy. Thank you.

Following a detailed quote where all our questions were fully explained, we opted to install a 6.6kw system. The installation team were on time and were very impressive with their professionalism and work ethic to ensure the installation was perfect.
