Ordinary experience - attended initially - confirmed would respond but nil follow up, nil price provided, despite assurances (by text, as didn't return my two phone calls) - just wasted our time completely. Was recommended to us - might be great - we'll never know.

Shane from AER installed our ducted air con. On another occasion he also moved a split system from upstairs to downstairs and did all the electrical work in our major kitchen renovation. I would highly recommend these guys as the were professional, very easy to work with, on time and had competitive prices. We will certainly use them in the future :)
