Reid Removals

This review is a little late in being posted as I had not set up my computer. On the 19th of August we moved locally in Hervey Bay from Urraween to Kawungan and were told that the truck would be there at 8.00 am. The two chaps who looked after our move were named Drew and Sylverster and a couple of nicer lads you could not meet and right on the dot at 8.00 they pulled up at the house. Not only did they handle all our goods with the greatest of care, they took the time and effort to pack them so they would not be damaged in transit. In both the loading and unloading of the truck their work could not be questioned and they just never stopped. The honesty and integrity of both Reid Removals and their employees was further highlighted when it came time to pay the account and Drew informed me that the job had taken less time than originally allocated and I had to pay less than 2/3 of what I had been originally quoted. How many companies would do that". I could not recommend the office staff and employees of Reid Removals "Highly Enough".Bill Roberts Kawungan Qld."

Pam Reid and her team leader, Josh did a great job of making our move from River Heads Qld to Wallabadah (south of Tamworth NSW) absolutely painless.From my initial contact with Pam, her follow-up through has been thorough and timely.I was not there to supervise the uplift, but all went smoothly - Josh phoned me during the uplift to double check my wishes and instructions.The drop off was careful and quick.I never had any reason for concern.We couldn't be happier.

We have now used Reid removals twice including a move from Mackay. In both instances we were met with professionalism, on each move our gear was well taken care of. The last move was a local one and to see the 3 team members working as one was fabulous including moving furniture twice to where I wanted it to go. A few laughs were had as well. Pam in the office is fantastic and she is so helpful. Would highly recommend Reid's. Thank you.

I was recommend to use Reid Removals by family who had positive experiences when using Reid. I have engaged Reid twice since this time and was not disappointed. Good value/competitively priced. On both trips I was able to book in my preferred moving date & drivers turned up on time + I had no issues with breakages. Def recommend for travel between Brisbane and Cairns. Reid Removals moved my 81 year old Dad from Hervey Bay to Brisbane and were just great. Everyone I dealt with including Pam and Carlene (in the office) to Josh and Bailey (who did the move) were very helpful and courteous. Josh and Bailey were extremely careful and nothing was damaged. We have just unpacked our belongings that has come from the Gold Coast to Hervey Bay. I can say with out a doubt the boys who packed our stuff knew what they were doing, because nothing had broken on the way up or unloading. We are so extremely happy and appreciated every aspect of Reid Removals. From the beautiful Ladies in the office, who are kind and so helpful, who also put you're mind at ease at such a stressful time, to the boys who are so polite, professional and know their stuff.
