I bought a Honda brush cutter and I am exceptionally pleased with it. Greg showed me how it works and how to replace the cord and instructions on how to look after it and get the most out of this machine. Had an old cox taken in for repair, because it had a Chinese replacement engine in it, they had a feeble look, told me it was unfamiliar and put it aside, that cost $100 and it was still nowhere near fixed. It took me 10 minutes to replace all the wires they pulled off only to find a severed power wire to the ignition, terrible attitude and grumpy smart Alec behind the counter, poor service and attitude will keep me and anyone I can tell from going there....

I have a lot to learn about farming. One aspect is garden and grounds maintenance. Minus the fact I have gone through a few ride on mower belts due to hitting things, I am getting better.This is where the Outdoor Power Centre comes in. All the issues I have had, they have spent the time explaining the best way and what not to do, and setting me on my way with the knowledge to be safe and stop breaking things.

Took Crafstman ride-on in for belt replacement and check why it was blowing smoke.Found blown head gasket.Very good communication, repaired very quickly and for a great price.Highly recommended.

Today I had two off road (Nobby)tyres fitted to my ebike. Luke was not only knowledgeable about the tyres that I was wanting he also gave some good advice on how to maintain my bike,I rode away on my ebike bike my new tyres with a happy feeling. Standoffish on all 3 occasions I've been in, seem irritated if what you ask isn't what they think..confusing store with bikes & mowers.. the one in Cooroy is much more helpful
