Felicia and the team have done the most wonderful work over the past 4 or so transforming my kitchen, bathroom, laundry and wardrobes. My house has completely transformed and is now modern, stylish and hugely functional. Highly professional, can’t thank you enough

We are over the moon with the outcome of our remodel orchestrated by Felicia and her team at InDesign. Sam and Felecia were very helpful at working through options with us to come up with a solution within our budget. The German cabinetry is of superb quality. Felicia is very detail oriented and we really appreciated her patients, skill and commitment to helping us pick colours and materials. All in all, we now have a beautiful space that we love coming home to.

We contracted Indesign for all joinery for our 1930s bungalow extension. This included Kitchen, laundry, bathrooms and dressing room. The result was stunning. Highly recommended.

We were initially drawn to InDesign WA because of the appeal of their showroom. The showroom provides a wide example of varied styles of kitchen displays and catches your eye as you walk by. You can tell straight away that their kitchens are exceptional.The owners, Felicia and Sam, showed a genuine interest in our project when we met with them in their showroom. We provided them with a very long list of “must haves” and “would likes”. When they subsequently walked into our home, we were shown computer 3D images of their proposed design based on our floor plans and long wish lists. It was hard to believe that they had not only covered all the items on the list, but provided many other elements not requested in a stunning design. They had used imagination and flair to present a kitchen image we did not recognise at first as one that could possibly be our kitchen given our space.When we engaged the services of InDesign, we did not realise that the service went beyond the cabinetry design. Not only did we receive unparallelled personalised kitchen design, but also interior decorating advice/ideas/recommendations for other components in the kitchen and surrounding area. There was a strive for excellence and pride in their work to ensure our kitchen was a statement in our home and in harmony with the adjacent rooms. This service was not expected, but was greatly appreciated and valued as it assisted us to incorporate an integrated flow. Felicia has an excellent sense of colour co-ordination and offered advice when we needed it.Our kitchen is truly a stunning and extremely functional hub of our home.We cannot recommend InDesign WA highly enough for service next to none, beautiful design, the highest standard of German cabinetry, delivery of all aspects of the project when promised, and making the whole process a breeze.Even living with our kitchen for six months, we have no hesitation in recommending InDesign WA for your kitchen project. They will reward you with quality, value for money, and excellence.

Thanks to Felicia and Sam at Indesign for a positive renovating experience. We redid our kitchen,scullery,laundry and bathroom with Indesign. We were well informed of the timeline and Felicia and Tony (builder/installer from Avantgarde Interior Contracts) both stayed in touch throughout the whole process and often went above and beyond expectation. The leicht kitchen is hardy and I like it. Indesign also can source a great range of German furniture (if they don't already have it in stock) from Cor, leolux and venjakob. We have a number of furniture pieces and found it to be quality. We would recommend Indesign and would use them again

Their attention to detail from the outset was superhuman and I loved the way they juggled both practicality and design to engineer a fantastic end product. The new glass benches are stunning, so grateful for their advice to proceed with them.Also extremely impressed with the installation team they put together - Lars, Shane and Paul did an excellent job and overcame every hurdle my house threw at them.My kitchen is an absolute dream to cook in, I just love it. Very glad I went with InDesign.

We contracted Indesign for a new kitchen and laundry build. We found them very helpful in the design stage. The lag phase between ordering and delivery can be very frustrating but we were made aware of this. Also, close cooperation between builder and the kitchen designer is required. Attention needs to be given to the contract to make sure who is responsible for each bit of the installation.The problem arose when the kitchen was first installed. The front panel was missing as were a number of hinges and an appliance surround was incomplete. We then had to wait a further 4 months for this to arrive. The hinges were still not completed the 2nd time and one of the cupboard doors fell off. The hinge arrangement was not designed adequately for the weight of the door.This is when the wheels fell off so to speak. We asked for the door to be reattached and the hinges completed. The Indesign team refused to correct these without the final payment, due on completion of the job, being received. A standoff has ensued.The products are of excellent quality but, given the price, the service delivery was very poor in the end. Customer service was completely lacking.

Agree with TIm Copper. They want their money up front so you have no leverage if things go wrong. However once money is paid the repair work and delay in getting replacement parts is a long drawn out affair. If things get too difficult to resolve they become impossible to deal with and their ability to deal with my builder was very poor. I have had to have outstanding work completed by other trades.This was my eighth build and this was the worst experience I have ever had...

Our home renovations project began with a visit to the excellent InDesign showroom. From creative concepts and beautifully detailed designs, to project management for all work, Felicia and Sam delivered a stunning result. What’s more, the whole home renovation came in on time and on budget. We recommend them highly.
