Went there 6 months ago bought some apples, only ever buy 6 pieces of fruit! Every single apple was brown in the middle, vowed would never buy fruit there again as I'd previously had strawberries that were mouldy! Anyway I succumbed 2 days ago, and bought 6 Amorette mandarins, thought should be good as is early season! Was so angry and disappointed when 3 of them was grey mouldy in the middle,. Fruit is expensive enough BUT when it can't be eaten, is disgusting!!! That's it, I'm done with Coles for all shopping NOW,. Aldi is much cheaper and fruit although not brill, is edible!!!!

I question whether it’s acceptable to have 1 self serve lane open with conveyor belt for shoppers like myself who had a trolley overflowing. 3 staff members were standing around talking for 10 mins at Customer Service desk with no checkouts open. Is this the type of service Coles now offers

These days their variety isn't the greatest. Hardly ever got a good supply of bread for example. Seen stuff in freezer section covered in frost bite.used to like it but now go to woolworths. Way better.

i thought i would quickly just write a little something for the young girl i saw working last week. She was very efficient at packing the shelves and i thought she deserves some appreciation. I took a glimpse at her name badge Tia was her name.

Never quite stocked up in certain areas which is super frustrating. Need more checkouts open as I HATE SELF SERVE without a discount for doing a job an employee would do!!!!

My housemates and I’s “go-to” grocery store. The girl supervising self checkout regularly makes our shopping experience a 10/10. She’s remembered us after about a week and makes an effort to converse with customers, she definitely deserves some extra recognition for her work ! :))

Been here many times. Good range of groceries plenty of trolleys and parking. Self service check out is available.
