O’Rourkes were just excellent. Emma Strand immediately understood what we wanted and delivered everything we wanted and needed. I cannot praise their professionalism and attention to detail highly enough. There is no playbook for grief but O’Rourkes sure helped with the toughest time of my life.

Knew nothing about local funeral shops until suddenly we needed the services and asked around and was recommended here. I had expected to be shocked by the price having heard much about funeral directors over the years. Indeed I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the pricing was for caring and sensible service. A local business, not one of the big multinationals. If we need these services again I will be back.

To say the staff at M.H. O’Rouke we’re fantastic would be an understatement. Particularly funeral director, Janna. Janna respectfully understood the needs of my mother where English is her second language, she spoke slowly and made sure both my mother and I understood which greatly took some of the pressure off me while both my mother and I go through this difficult time. Not only that, Janna continued to show great care and empathy during the entire process, we never felt rushed to make a decision or felt pressured from her or the entire team.I would definitely recommend M.H. O’Rouke to others. Supportive team during such a difficult time.

The care and commitment shown by the staff for my mother's funeral in May 2021 was beyond my expectations. Dimitri was always ready to answer my questions and assist in any way he could.Recently I had to follow up on some details regarding my father's death (1999) and the staff were again, prepared to go above and beyond to try to help me.
