Professional sharpening service from a knife maker who understands steel.Insane Ninja sharp not just “sharp”Edge holds up after hours of punishment in the restaurant kitchen.Luckily I’ve not really needed his knife repair service but that’s on offer as well.The Only person I trust with my chef knives.
