VFS Global - Indian Visa Application center - Canberra

Under an emergency situation, me and my family had to rush to Bangalore, last week. The flight tickets had been booked immediately for the next day morning. But, by the time the visa application was lodged for my daughter, it was too late and there was no sufficient time to process an e-visa application in its normal processing time of 24 hrs. By understanding the situation, the VFS employees in Canberra, especially one Mr.Krishna was so co-operative and acted proactively to process the application quickly.Thank you so much Krishna and all VFS Canberra staffs.Regards,John Chacko

Visited VFS office Canberra after many years.I was trying to book appointment for multiple applications but somehow not able to book. Just book one appointment for multiple applications. Staff has accepted all the applications. Staff is very Polite & customer service is Excellent.Much appreciated.

Am fully satisfied with vfs staff and their services. I visited 4- 5 times in the office for different tasks, every time they welcome with smiling faces. I really appreciate their behaviour.

Booking an appointment for my little baby boy for VFS Indian OCI service has been a nightmare. It has taken me over a day to book a time slot. Website keeps giving an error message of too many attempts even at the very first attempt.There is no where on website to confirm the processing time. With limited time left to travel, I am now not sure if I will have enough time to get my son's OCI ready.There is no phone number to contact as well.Requesting a thumb impression for a little baby is not practical. Without uploading a thumb impression application cannot be processed. It is a vicious circle. You keep going in circles with no to minimal help available on website.

The entire staff at VFS Canberra is dedicated to helping everyone visiting them. They are supportive, hardworking and pay detail attention to each application.Foramba Gohil helped me with my passport application. She was very respectful, patient and supportive throughout the process. It was a pleasant experience.

Awful customer service. They said the consultant would call back to answer my questions within 48 hours. It has been over three weeks, and no one has called me yet.They keep sending the documents back and have no answers when asked. Just wasting money on posts. No courtesy call on sending back the documents on what is missing or has to be changed. There should be some easier way rather than posting.

Yet another company with zero customer service (VFS phone system goes around in a loop so you actually can't talk to a person). I have an unresolved issue that I can't fix online.... there is nothing I can do except drive 3 hours up to the centre in Sydney!!! Very frustrated, I then went to put in a complaint on their complaint form.. and it didn't work either!!! OMG... what is wrong with organisations. Why do they think self-help on-line is the answer???? It is NOT!!! It just leaves customers very frustrated and angry.
