For someone who likes to change phones every quarter, the website is perfect. Highest value for your product, if not use the price beat..... Ben, the director is really easy to deal with and understands his customers. Pleasant experience, follow the process as their website states and get paid as promised. Not a single hassle there. Money in my bank account within 2 hours of payment processed and one business day of item received. Easy as that.

As someone who has used them only once, a few years back, for a reasonably old and ultimately cheaply priced iPad mini, I was still a bit weary sending in an iPhone 8. But, they sent the satchel swiftly, and once they received my phone, processed, tested and paid me within around 3 hours. Snappy service. None of the other issues of 'faking issues to pay less' that I've seen floating around on other sites. Would recommend to anyone else selling their old devices.

Like most, I had concerns about the legitimacy of the transaction, but after reading a reply from WeBuyBack to another reviewer I thought I'd give it a go. The reply mentioned that in the event this was an ingenuine transaction, whether the intentions came from the consumer or the business, the consumer had more legal rights and support compared to a business. So WeBuyBack is taking a bigger risk than the consumer, which is why they require the product first and then pay for it. WeBuyBack were also offering the most amount of money compared to every other website or reseller I found.The communication from WeBuyBack is on point! I received an email when they recieved my phone, another email when they started testing the product, and 2 emails when the money transfer went through; 1 from them, and one from PayPal. It took 3 days for them to recieve my phone, and once recieved, only 2 hours to get the money.I highly reccommend!!

While there was an issue with my phone that I wasn't aware of, Brett was quick to communicate and we came to a successful compromise. Look forward to using this service more.
