Definitely changed since Bob Cavey has left, they do listen though to owner. Quoted 2219.48 for dental for cat which is very expensive! It used to be around $440 3yrs ago! Would expect the $2000+ be surgery for broken leg!!

Nice people but damn super expensive for a vet.Aaps cost me 115 dollars for a check upHere it cost me 242 dollars for legit 3 minutes of speaking.I really like this vet but i think more people would come if the price was bit more competitive

Ultimate Veterinary Clinic
We took an injured magpie who regularly visits our backyard to Ultimate Vets, worried as it seems it was bleeding, vomited and very unsteady on its feet. Within 2 hrs we had a call. The bird had recovered and we could release him back in our yard. He is now singing and able to fly around. Thank you to all the staff. Excellent service.

Dr Bob is amazing, so hard to find a good vet. I would recommend you try and book with him specifically even if you have to wait a bit, because our other experience here with an associate vet wasn't as good. He's definitely worth the wait to make sure he's the one you see.

I had been taking my cat here all her life- 6 years, very regularly due to her health condition, I get that changes happen. But It seems I can’t get an appointment at all to fit around my work hours or actually in general in a reasonable time.Up until say a year ago I felt like they genuinely cared about the relationships with clients but don’t feel that is the case anymore. When I said I’d have to go to another vet , the response was “ okay sorry, bye” well okay bye.Also sad as Dr Hanna is awesome!

At times great, other times not so much - If your vet is afraid of your dog, or you believe overcharges you needlessly, then there are other vets luckily. Also difficult as not open Saturdays. Getting better treatment for my pure breed now I left.
