Beecroft Dental Centre

My family have been attending Beecroft Dental Surgery for 5 years and we absolutely love every staff member. They assure we all feel comfortable and safe even with my absolute fear of the dentist. Their equipment is brand new and the surgery has a welcoming feel from the moment you walk in. We wouldn't go anywhere else! I would give 6 stars if I could.Thank you Dr Burn for your support and care over the years!

Dr Berne is effective and value for money. He treated my teeth for years keeping them cavity free with flouride before I moved to Qld. He also removed my wisdom teeth under sedation. When recently I found IV sedation not a possibility in Qld for a child under 12 yrs petrified of dentists and so bad she could not eat, I flew her down and he performed two pulpectomies which held for two years till those baby teeth fell out. The procedure was considerbly cheaper than hospital under a general (the only other option). Words can’t express my gratitude to Dr Berne and his fabulous team.

After taking my disabled daughter to Beecroft Dental Centre for every year for about 15 years my daughter started to develop severe pain in her mouth. Over a month, and many visits later, this failed to be rectified. I even had to suggest and insist on an x-ray to be done. I requested a copy of that x-ray to be provided to me so I can get a second opinion; to this day, I have still not received a copy. What were they afraid of? The lack of care my daughter has received over many years has resulted in many problems that could have been avoided. This includes expensive specialist fees required to fix the swelling, infections and the many small to large cavities in my daughter’s mouth. This company has burdened my daughter and my family.
