Terry is a bloody legend! Met him today, only bloke I’d use. Super quick and tidy, makes it look easy. In front of the fire now, couldn’t be happier. Couldn’t believe what fell out of there and how well he contained it. Swept it all up and left our house sparking clean. Was a bit concerned about a sensitive fire alarm - hasn’t gone off at all - no smoke - he does a fire test and provides a clean fireplace certificate valid for two years and a list of firewood cutters in your area - complete, thorough, and very nice to deal with

Called Terri who was friendly as soon as he picked up the call and was available next day. Our fireplace started to smoke the house a bit and after AAA Chimney Cleaning we now have a vibrant and smoke free fireplace.Will see you again in two years.Highly recommended
