Proficient, professional service. Mark has changed my Pilates studio. I was dubious as to how much difference these baffles could make, and it is incredible. I was very impressed with Marks advice and instead of trying to sell me a product that, on his advise, may not work he was happy to spend time on the phone with me explaining how the noise that is bothering me is getting in and a possible solution.
