Aidacare Head Office - Healthcare Equipment

Perfectly scripted ridged chair from Aidacare, I got TiLite ZRA and have been using Aidacare for a long time since my SCI with zero issues or problems with staff or management, always helpful via phone, email or home visit. Recently got a PAWS front power assist from them and couldn’t be happier. Thank you Ryan, Sam and Hayden.

Buyer beware - this organisation should not be allowed to “service” the elderly and disabled. We have to manually lift my parents as their “lift” chair is no longer working. Weeks of calls to Aida care and messages left and still no response. My back is at risk of injury and God forbid should my parents fall or become injured, we intend to proceed with legal action without further notice. The lack of care and responsibility is disturbing. They were very quick to take payment but service since has been non existent. The Aged Care facility warned us but we thought they’d be a trustworthy organisation - you should be ashamed of yourself Aida Care. Your staff are rude and dismissive by phone - God knows how you treat the vulnerable! I’ll be escalating this should no action be taken.

I went into the Moorebank branch to look at mobility ramps for the front entrance offir elderly mothers house. They did not have what I was after and was told if I was happy to wait that one of the staff members would be able to assist me with further information. After waiting 20 minutes I was told that staff member was to busy and someone would call me the next day. No one called me so I waited a extra day so I called back the next 2 days again and no one was willing to help.then finally I got to speak to a team member who was very rude and and attitude on the phone.she said that she would book a rep to come out to my mothers house on Mondays at 12 noon to look at options and take measurements. She also told me that the rep would call me to advise me that they were on there way. It is now Wednesday and no call from anyone. Would I recommend Aidacare to anyone. No way.thanks for nothing and being very unconsidered towards the elderly.

Aidacare sell unsafe products to vulnerable consumers and when questioned about it their reply is that the products perform as intended. So Aidacare intend to cause harm to people with disability as I have experienced first hand. Protect yourself and avoid this company at all costs!

I can't speak highly enough of the service I received when I entered the head office on 15 August 2022. I've never purchased anything of them before and the staff were more than happy to assist in repairing a shower commode that was bought from another supplier. I ended up purchasing an air mattress for my son and I couldn't be more happy with it. A big shout out to Marissa, Serena, Janene, Melanie and Anthony for taking time to help me out. These people know how to look after customer's. Thank you very much.

Outstanding service from the reception and hire team.I could not have had better service then what I got from them.They are professional, helpful, and friendly.I also would like to thank Nathan who I believe work in the storage room.While carrying the knee walker, he took the initiative to help me fold it and put it in the car.
