Pizza Hut Broadbeach
From the screeching female worker in the back space, a staff member not knowing what sauce was in containers, the in charge person who looked unkempt to the server not recommending their chips, wow what more can I say. We were surprised the pizzas were so nice and we got what we ordered. Pick up your act Pizza Hut, I would be disgusted and mortified if this was my business and my staff acted as they did.

Food is great but put more staff on.One poor bloke doing his best and a million customers.Get rid of the annoying door bell (it’s infuriating) and throw up the timer with order names so people don’t have to ask how far away their food is….

The shop is EXTREMELY dirty! I mean floors, walls, doors..Can't even imagine what kitchen looks like..1 tiny table and 3 chairs- when I had pizza with the kids, other people had to stand while waiting. No rubbish bins anywhere, had been advised to leave the empty boxes at the counter. Pizza itself was with a huge edge of dough and a little bit of filling just in a middle. Melts were not edible, super hard outside and super sour inside. Also, I have never seen pizza cut like this-few tiny pieces and a few triple the size of others...Was my first and last time there!

I ordered all 3 pizza thin and crispy.No added garlic chilli and oregano on any pizza.Worst pizza experience.No taste and flavour.Very Poor pizza quality.

Really disappointing!! Pizza Hut can't keep up with the times and tonight's pizza's weren't good. At $40 way over priced, extremely disappointed. We ordered 2 pizzas, 2 sides delivery for $30. Yes we changed from original pizza's to 'Spicy Chicken and Surf 'n' Turf' and accepted the extra $10 charge, total of $40.45 but both had very little chicken let alone steak steak on them and soft dough bases. Normally Pizza Hut has amazing light crispy bases. I had to put in air fryer to get crisp, very poor. Pizza Hut Broadbeach, you closed down before, you need to up your game. I respect everything is increasing in prices but you need to be kind and respectful to your customers as well. $40 for 2 pizzas 30% meat topping is not cool

Do yourself a favour and bypass dominos, up here on holidays and had dominos last week and it was basic, this Pizza Hut was good service and pizza was good, topped to the edges

2 hours waiting for an order that never came… can’t talk to anyone. Nobody answers the customer service team either…. Don’t waste your time. Dominos is 3 doors down and came in half an hour after having to order another pizza as mine didn’t come.
