I hate paper straws but that's not Maccas fault. What is their fault is the poorly working ordering kiosks... Fix! Food was reasonable. I have certainly been to worse franchises.

Walked in to McDonalds burpengary to order the footy meal deal for $26.95. Walked up to the counter to pay for the meal as I had cash only and there were 4 employees just standing around talking to each other. 2 employees looked at me 3 times and looked away and continued their conversation with their co workers. I was absolutely furious when I walked out. My partner was sitting down at the table waiting for her order to arrive and moments later a McDonald’s employee walked up to the counter and was served immediately.You have lost my customer service for life as I feel absolutely disgusted and disrespected when use are a multi million dollar company and can’t teach your employees customer service and to serve people when they are wanting to pay!!

Very pleasant experience at this Maccas. Staff were more than helpful, noticeably the Manager who made sure I was well looked after. One of the young female staff helped me with the self ordering & brought my order to me as soon as it was ready. ( which was very quick) . I can definitely recommend this outlet, I would certainly come back again.

Ordered my meal on the app and went through drive through. Waited for fresh mcspicy as the ones usually on hand are old and dry. Waited 10 minutes in the park lane, received order and went home. upon getting home I saw the mcspicy was missing, so I rang and was informed to come back and get it. I went back to the store, went inside and waited more than 5 minutes to be served. Staff looked at me multiple times. No one acknowledged me. No one told me they’ll be a few minutes. Nothing. The service was poor when I returned to the store. I felt I was more at the counter to watch end of shift cleaning rather than being served by the staff.

Without fail, there is always something missing from my drive-through order. I was advised by staff that the was no chunky tomato relish on my Angus beef which was fine but when I got home to eat I found that there was no beetroot.

Due to my own dietary habits I don't eat here much but I still love the convenience of a drive through coffee and occasional chips!

Unsure what was going on this morning but confirming my order 4 times while parked in the waiting bay... each time they come out it was wrong. I get home and realise the sausage and egg muffins are both missing the sausage component.Overall the quality is pretty poor. The hash browns are half cooked and my bun was sog. Please have atlest 1 adult on shift for the future.

One of the staff members yelled at me for taking a picture of my child, all I wanted to do was post on my facebook about his first job but she jumped infront of the counter screaming don’t take photos of the workers and then proceeded to push me away. I am highly disappointed with this level of service and hope that this particular staff member is fired!!!

I work nights, so on the rare occasion that I feel like Mecca's I'll try it. But tonight I have been told that the system is down for 15-20 mins 3 times now. I have wasted an hour in the hope to get food

I miss my visits with my grandma to McDonalds. The atmosphere has been consistent throughout the years. The only negative is the meals seem smaller. Maybe, I've outgrown a large meal.Update: check your salad order.My daughter found out they had forgotten most of her order. There were only 12 things on our order, but they left 3 things off.
