I'm sorry to say that the food they serve to the residents is very poor in nutrition. The staff are friendly and are very nice, but they lack in training and experience with Dementia and Alzheimer patients. More attentive and personal support is recommended with all patients as whenever I visit my mum they all look very sad and depressed.Update - I have moved my mum to Hammond Care and what a difference in assistance with the elderly. My mum is happy, supported and cared.I will be contacting the email below to provide detailed feedback. Thank you for your contact details.
