Exceptional! The team are friendly, professional and efficient without compromising the care or time taken with each client. The premises are hygienic and very clean which makes for a very comfortable experience. The salon boasts a beautiful range of colours to suit any nail aficionado! Highly recommend J’Adore Reservoir!

Nail tech left half way through so i had to sit there for half an hour and then came back and couldn’t even do a simple star or heart design on my nails, so instead gave me cheap nail decals

Pathetic service. I went for full body wax after booking it 1 week in advance and turns out, the person who took the booking, doesn’t understand English well enough to know what to book and when to book it. They made me wait for more than an hour and then took me in the room for my services. Now this room doesn’t even have a fan in this hot summer weather and waxing requires the room to be cold so the person doesn’t sweat. They did not acknowledge this fact and blamed me and said I came with an oily body that is why wax can not be done properly. Left a lot of spots and peeled my skin off from a lot of places. Left my work half way saying that we can not proceed further as it is our closing time and hair are not coming off.. took them 2 hours to only do my full legs and Brazilian with lots of hair left. They made me feel embarrassed by making faces and talking to each other about me in a very rude way. The person giving me services called another worker in the room without informing me to show her that she can not do rest of the wax was cherry on top. I am never going back there after being treated this way.

Ridiculous service. They made me wait around for the service i booked, and sat me down, and requested to come back after half an hour saying they were understaffed. I was happy to do that, and went back after 30-35 mins. They made me wait 15 more mins after sitting me down and finally told me they couldn’t do what i asked for. So basically wasted my time. Very upset with how I was treated.Never going back!(J’adore summerhill shopping center, close kmart)

Not a nice experience at all, pretty much soaked my feet for half hour, trimmed nails (poorly) then told me the nail polished takes too long to dry so I am now painting my own at home. Feet look and feel exactly the same as they did (except my poor bloody nails) as before they charged me $45 for a foot soak.(J'Adore nails and beauty, Summerhill Reservoir)

One of the best nail services I've received! Despite covid restrictions, staff are super lovely and did an amazing job on my nails. Highly recommend!

Every time I used to go there with a vision of what I wanted done to my nails Nina would suggest a different look/colour even though I knew exactly what I wanted. Initially I thought it was good to have the feed back but eventually I realised that she just didn’t want or know how to do what I wanted. I was a customer there for over 2 years but after walking out dissatisfied for 3 times I stopped going altogether. Very frustrating.

The ladies are so friendly, so sweet and my nails lasted two weeks without breaking in between. Good prices too.

Every time I come to this place, they always have amazing service! They are always so professional and welcoming, as well as being super gentle on my nails. I asked for SNS which was a reasonable price and the quality was beautiful. Definitely one of the best nail salons, if not the best.

Exceptionally bad customer service.I walked in to the nail salon on a Saturday afternoon around 1.30pm and enquired if the ladies could fit me in for a shellac pedicure and they told me to come back at 2.30pm, which I agreed to. To kill time I had to walk around the centre and have a cuppa. Upon, coming back at 2.30pm, the ladies told me they could no longer fit me in and I obviously question them on why they asked me to come back in the first place if they couldn't fit me in.I was very upset and the ladies there were so rude about it, they didn't even try to apologise on wasting so much of my time.
