ARB 4x4 Accessories Brighton

NOT much has changed since previous posts. Set up my new ute through ARB Brighton. 1) I ordered a colour-coded front bar - they installed flat black. They were too unprofessional to respond to any of my complaints and simply shrugged it off when Ford pressed them. 2) Driving home day 1 and the new suspension was making an obvious loud 'clunking' sound. I pulled the rear plastic shrouds off to find the new suspension bolts were only hand-tight to the frame. If I had driven too far the bolts would have sheared off! 3) And even the simplist of tasks, the new dials/switches had already fallen off.If the suspension installation mistake wasn't dangerous, their comedy of errors would be funny!

ARB Brighton, the place to take your vehicle if you want it completely stuffed up. The photos speak a thousand words, it's too hard to use washers, tighten bolts, secure lose wires, properly cut the bumper of a vehicle when installing a bulbar, yet that's fine send the driver on his way for a 4WD trip to find out later. That's all good with the branch manager Human Error". Muppets and still waiting for a fix...Again look at the pictures and think about taking your car here and spending good money at this place

Ordered a hilift attachment for kaymar bar on the back of my troopy. On pick up they installed it and my jack with quick run through of operation. Difficult task cause I had 35 in spare wheel so very tight operation. Needed two men! Much appreciated guys thankyou. There are some things women just can't do I admit it!"

December 2022, decided to get an ARB bull bar for my Jeep Wrangler. Also decided to add to the fuel capacity for long trips in remote areas with a Long Ranger Auxiliary Fuel Tank and get ARB to do the install. The aux tank (which is excellent) was a headache, with a wiring problem that took a long time to discover and resolve. But - and this is the thing - ARB kept at it until it was working like a charm. It took a while, but they did a great job.

Had a recently purchased faulty cord from ARB. Replaced immediately with no fuss. Excellent service.

At lot more helpful than ARB Kilsyth in my experience. Genuinely keen to help out enthusiasts and have solid advice and service. Easy and good service.

This is an ARB point of sale with very poor service, they will forget about your parts and service and just make you wait endlessly because the wheels are rattling, have been checked and they can't do anything but It can be said that this is an unprofessional service provider!

I acknowledge that all people need the opportunity to learn, but l encountered a sales assistant who really did not know the onboard compressor. He kept directing me to the portable version, advised l had to buy a series of adaptors although he couldn't explain why. I actually knew more than he did and he called over a senior person who was very helpful. The key lesson, 1. know the product you're selling, 2. Listen to what the customer is asking for, and 3. If you don't know, dont make it up as you go as customers often have researched the item and know quite well what they are looking for.
