Lovely, friendly and professional plumbers! They not only fixed our toilet, but taught is how to do it ourselves in case we had the same issue again! Cleaned up after themselves, and then came back again (at no charge) when I had another issue. Can’t recommend enough!

Great customer service by a real professional

Overcharging, dishonesty, harassment and ongoing issues:What we thought was a simple repair to a dual flush toilet has turned into more than two months of attempted overcharging, negative and intimidating behaviour both over the phone and in person, unlawful ‘late fees’ being added every week to an already inflated invoice, threats of legal action and to ‘obtain materials back’ which were used in the repair unless we pay.This is despite us making multiple requests for an accurate, transparent invoice and - since they have refused - an offer to pay for more than the amount of time they were here working on the repair plus what similar parts cost on the retail market. This offer has also been rejected.As a latest tactic, they have threatened to take us to small claims court. While I have no doubt that the mandatory arbitration will confirm that they are in breach of multiple sections of the Australian Consumer Law, I’m dismayed by how much of our time and mental energy has already been taken up by this unprofessional business. I only hope that by writing this review, others will take heed and engage an ethical, friendly and professional plumber. I have no doubt there are many out there – we were just unlucky enough to make contact with this business instead.
