The lovely ladies name that I’ve unfortunately forgot that opened the store this morning was an amazing help!! Had no idea what I was looking at to get but fortunately she made me feel welcome a pointed me in the right direction! Saleswomen an a half definitely needs a promotion of some kind!

Noah literally needs a promotion and a pay rise. It genuinely was the best customer service that my friend and I have ever experienced! Bubbly personality, very helpful and so polite :)

I wish I caught her name but the brown skinned sales assistant with black hair working around 1:30pm on 16/12/22 was amazingly helpful and very friendly. I hope management recognises her efforts.

Came in for a few things today and I was served by two very informative, kind and caring women, amazing customer service, even during silly season. I Couldn’t be happier, i love all of my products and know how to take care of them for the life! Thanks Dusk Frankston Team! Xo (especially Janine who had mainly served me, thank you!!)

It's ridiculous to expect people to carry around proof of vaccination papers at all times!! Absolutely inconvenient & insane!!, especially when you enter the centre without proof & walk around with everybody else all through the centre, but cannot enter this shop. Staff asking Papers please" reminds me of a certain German era!!"
