Classy Nails

Absolute professionalism. They do not cut corners and will not do procedures if they believe it will cause problems with your nails in the future. Over 20 years as a client, I have observed them always searching for better products. They were one of the first salons to use SNS and now they have discovered an even better non chemical application called Dream Gel. It is brilliant - more expensive but superb quality and long lasting.

I’ve been coming to Classy Nails for years.Needless to say how much I love coming here, as the service is professional, clean and friendly. My nails are always on point, as are my tootsies.

Extremely rude staff. I asked for a manicure before receiving a full set of nails because hands look disgusting with thick skin around the nail. The lady refused the manicure telling me I could receive an infection if I did it before the acrylics. I asked her to do the manicure before the full set as this allows the acrylic nails to fully cover the nail. She told me no and to go somewhere else twice. She also was rude because I said yes to acrylic nails and not SNS, like shocked I didn’t want SNS. The entire experience was horrible. I left.Just saw your reply to this review, you were happy to tell me to leave and get out of your salon because you didn’t agree with my request. A kinder and nicer person would have given me some time to think about what I wanted without telling me to go somewhere else. You are an incredibly rude person. I’m sure in time you will see the financial results for how you treat people. Thank goodness I left.

I wish I had listened to the bad reviews and not gone to Classy Nails. I was getting my hair done nearby while my bridal party were getting their nails done for my wedding the next day. I attended to check the style and prices were ok but when I returned soon after I found the owner screaming at my 15-year-old stepdaughter - and I mean screaming very loudly and aggressively.We had shown the owner a picture of what we wanted; she said it would be $70 but then said it would be $100 after I left. When my stepdaughter asked to check with me first the screaming started. I walked in to find her surround by 3 staff pressuring her (owner was yelling). She was of course shaken by all the commotion. I asked what happened and they ignored me and kept going at my stepdaughter. I had to literally stand in front of them to make it all stop.I asked them to then confirm all the prices - but they wouldn't. Everyone had been started except me, so it was too late to leave plus I had tight wedding plans to get on with so we were stuck in this terrible place. We never raised our voices and we sat quietly until we were done, which was shame as we were all in a great mood before we arrived.Do not go to this place, it was a horrible and very expensive experience.

Amazing service!!! I get the organic build up liquid gel and they last me easily 6 weeks! So happy with the service. They always do a fantastic job. My nails have never looked so healthy.

Rudest, most abrasive service from the owner (or manager?). She yelled at me multiple times for moving too much" and blamed me for her running late... I literally sat in the same chair and did not move or get up once. She laughed when I asked for what I wanted and didn't shape my nails the way I asked. The gentleman and another lady were then extra nice when I was leaving
