Exorbitant prices, two normal ice creams on a stick $10 !! Had a look around and some items were three times what you would normally pay. As for a smile and a bit of customer service there wasn’t any, would only recommend if you are fabulously wealthy or desperate . Never again!

Staff has been rude. I used my small glass cup for a small coffee, he told me it looked like a bottle so it is bot allowed. I explained I have been using this cup a few time in this and other 711 shops for coffee, never had any issue. He then said he may allow it this time but I should't do it in the future. What a joke.

The staff refused to process the moneygram transfer that was set up online and incorrectly demanded that only the moneygram entered at the shop be processed. Poorly trained and ill-informed staff.

The guy working tonight is lazy, he has not worked many times but each time I've seen him, he has not had hot food. One time he said I wasn't allowed to buy the top shelf pies and microwave them, but today the chicken pie I got was definately nuked, it was luke warm and soggy. There's nothing else to eat when people work late!! Wouldn't even refund me for a stinking cold pie.

Unlike the 7-Eleven store in Hendra, the staff on duty here (Ashi) went out of their way to help me with my 7-Eleven fuel app when I had issues.Thanks for your help!

Check your total, especially at night. I fail to see how everything I bought ended in 00 or 50, yet the total came to 13.90 ($1+$1+1.50+3+6((possibly 7 if he didn't add the deal))=12.50) it's always little bits I don't realise until I get home. It all adds up though

Made myself a small $2 coffee and double cupped it because it was so scalding hot it couldn’t be held comfortably. Got to the counter to be told they would usually charge me for 2 coffees in this circumstance because they track the coffee sales by cups. If you don’t want people to double cup, provide your customers with coffee sleeves - if every cafe does it, so can billion dollar 7 Eleven. Simple!

coffee machine never give a full cup of coffee, I told to the stuff but as usual mentioned in recent reviews that staff is so rude and I had this experience. Today 27/5/23 I told to that short lady that coffee machine is not working well, she haven’t reply anything not even reply my greeting. 7/11 management should take an action and analyse the reviews. Horrible staff working at this store.I am pretty sure that they will create fake reviews next to this review for covering bad feedbacks.
