Punchbowl Bus Company

I love catching the bus to Hurstville and strathfield Also Bankstown and Roselands So for the nice drivers and clean buses I will give 5 stars. But could give a 0 for the rude drivers and dirty buses. Because one time in Lakemba when I flagged down a bus he just drove right pass. And the same happened with Bankstown as well. I ran for one and he just drove right off. And also there a driver who won't stop at bus stops and miss them on purpose. And when people kept on trying to tell him he just got all mad. And he made us all wait out in the rain and kept on saying just 2 minutes but like 10 minutes later on. (He has a bad attitude) also even tho we tapped our opal cards. He still came up to everybody and was rude about it. But the buses also need to be cleaned way more often. So I find clean seats. To be safe. But there is a nice driver who let's people wait on the bus until it is time 2 get going. Need more drivers just like that.

I rely on the bus service to get to work in the cbd on time BUT NEVER RUN TO SCHEDULE after the early morning peak hour. Bus comes every 30 mins but CONSTANTLY RUNS LATE ... TODAY its 23MINS LATE .... HOW CAN THIS BE !!!! PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM ... IT IS AFFECTING NOT ONLY MY LIFE BUT MY JOB ... IF I loose my job will you pay me? I wont get home tonight now until after 9pm as i have to stay back to make up for arriving late and will be walking home for 30 mins as your service only runs on the hour in the later afternoon time schedule.... running 5 mins late is understandable but constantly late for more than 15 mins !!! I dont understand... please fix this it impacts peoples lifes! & no I dont have a car to drive to station ... please fix this !Also ... most of your drivers are lovely but on 3 occassions when bus running late they havent stopped to pick me up even though waiving arms to stop .... surely this isnt acceptable company practice ... please do something to fix this

Drivers should watch out for those who care not for the senior citizens (disabled and frail) by leaving big shopping trolleys giving no room for others to manouvre; old people cannot twist their back or jump over the trolleys. Some drivers even get annoyed the seniors were slow to move becausde of other commuters blockingthe path.Bus 941 Hurstville/Bankstown especially. Is Australia favouring young and despising those who built this country.

Most drivers are good the odd bad doesn't mean all bad I have been on their buses for over 12 years

Zero starMain Issues:-the provided timetable is not reliable, either the data is outdated or the driver simply drive inconsistent to the clock-For people living in Roseland near to Kingsgrove, there are not enough buses. Bus comes once every 30-50 mins and the last bus ends at 6-7pm. (it is worse during the weekend or public holiday)-Most of the drivers are unfriendly-Many old buses, sometime the stop button not functioning, most of the bus only has one enter and exit door, no AC.-lack of bus shelter certain places, the only way you know if it is a bus stop is you need to carefully check the trees or electricity poles and see if there is a bus stop sign hanging on it.Unforgettable Moments:In the last 3 months, I have experienced 2x where the driver just ended the trip halfway before reaching the official destination.1.The bus sign clearly states 946

Why are the buses ALWAYS late? If you're planning on catching a punchbowl bus don't bother with the timetable, its just there for show, not because any of the drivers actually follow it.I use to catch the bus all the time for many years in school and always knew it was a terrible service that would consistently run late. Caught the bus again recently hoping things had improved. Caused me to miss my train. How silly of me to think the bus wouldn't be anymore than 10 minutes late!Walking is a better alternative to any length of a Punchbowl bus route, atleast you can be sure of you're own arrival time.

The Punchbowl Bus Company needs to update their contact information and supply a operational phone number. People are unable to complain about drivers not complying with the new state government COVID-19 laws by allowing people who refuse to wear a mask the right to travel.
