The owners and staff were friendly, quick, explained everything well and even went the extra mile by plugging in the scanner to find the engine light fault N/C, while i was having totally different work done to my car. As a business owner myself, I'd recommend this place to friends, family and my customers.

Never ever using this service again. Have already told local people, businesses and vechile owners of my experience.Rude, rude, rude.Took the car back TWICE after no fault of my own but there’s. Rude women answering the phone. Don’t answer phones if you don’t know what customer service is.No accountability. Disgraceful “family” business practice.

My brake lights would not go off so after no success with another auto electrician who could not fix it l went to NAE and they soon fixed the problem although they are very busy l fully recommend this company but book in firstCheers Morgan

Horrible rude service, slow, expensive & unsafe.*Charged twice for the same job.*Everything costs $800+ and you wont have a vehicle for days.*No one will ring you with a update. YOU will have to ring them.*My job wasn't even tested and they required the car for even longer.*Unsafe installation done by previous technician for which I was charged twice.I was desperate to get my car back so I paid the bill and decided to chase it up after. Big mistake.I tried to contact management to resolve the matter and received no answer.They dont want your business and dont care.
