Just settled our third property using Nic and the team at CCG, they just make the process so easy. They keep things simple, explain things in simple terms and don’t inundate you with useless information you don’t actually need to act on. They have the process all worked out, when they’re really busy (happens when you’re good) they have a customer satisfaction manager who can assist with enquiries and calm the nerves if you’re confused. Happy to recommend them and we will be using them for the foreseeable future.

Appalling service, receptionist took multiple messages for Julie who never called me back even on settlement day. Sent them email instruction and they still failed to act on it and the owner won’t accept responsibility.

Didn't have the best experience here. Sold our house and bought a new one and it was a nightmare. Julie takes forever to get back to you, we had to chase her up so many times it got ridiculous. Did not feel confident that things were being done properly at all. Was not a smooth process and definitely wouldn't recommend to anyone.

I sold a unit and purchased a house with DC Lawyers and it almost fell through because they hadn’t connected the dots on who I was and left a clause out of the contract. It was very stressful. Definitely do not recommend.
