It has taken me far too long to write a review for NGNB (I am blaming my wife for dropping the ball!).An absolutely sterling building operation. James and the team handled a fairly large renovation for me in Sunshine Beach a couple of years back, while me and the family lived in Brisbane.One can imagine the trepidation in entering into relations with a builder for a reno to be underaken when living in another city. I managed to get up most Saturdays and took a few days here and there, however, James and the team did the job largely on their own.Dealing with James (or any member of NGNB's team) was always extremly easy. A top quality group of people who were honest, light-hearted, hard-working and unfailingly a pleasure to be around.My style of renovation requires flexibility in that my thinking about the work evolves after the work starts. NGNB were a dream to work with despite my changing decisions and off site/different city instructions.After the work was complete we asked James to visit to check a couple of minor things. Once again, James was responsive and nothing was ever a problem.Congratulations to NGNB for how fanstastic an operation they run. Do not hesitate to work with this team.Best regardsAdam Balchin
