Made an ordered received confirmation email confirming order was recieved and eatimated delivery time of order but it was never delivered. Have tried calling the number multiple times to get a resolution as we have been charged for the order but when put through to the store the receiver keeps hanging up or disconnecting the call. $50 out of pocket and cannot get in touch with anybody at pizza hut to fix this not a happy customer

This Pizza Hut restaurant is a unbelievable unsatisfactory place with unprofessional employees who play games and have no smile to welcome into this dump. The Bo is very empowering which made my nostrils hair fall off. I sat down and crumbs had been place to make the eye burn in sorrow. I order 5 pizzas for a disco and drama party for my son, Cassidy, who said the pizza tasted alright. Overall this place is a Magical , welcoming place that has a amazing smell and great customer service.

Worst pizza ordering experience, I didn't log in at all. The driver contacted the wrong phone number given by the system. its been a month still no refund no reponse of the complaint. dont order from this pizza hut store！they will take your money without delivery！by monday if still no response i will contact to fairtrading！

Had a original pan Large Super Supreme pizza and was pleasantly surprised by how puffy and crunch the crust was. I normally don't order pan crust as it's too much dough for me, but this experience was a good one so I will order original pan again in the future from Pizza Hut Mascot.

Got delivery tonight (which I have done many times before without complaint) Tonight's pizzas were pretty poor for their standards, and being a Sunday I paid more for them too. The large BBQ cheese burger pizza was practically floating in the sauce which made the toppings sloppy and fall off the dough. And the large BBQ meatlovers had hardly any toppings. Way more crust to toppings than normal. Quite disappointed.

Ordered a super supreme meat pizza and got a pizza with onions only. The till operator does not understand English and the rest of the staff are playing and sitting on the freezers. Bad service and bad food deserves bad reviews.

Pizza hut pizzas are nice and crispy but there is alot of dough. the crust is thick and leave a lot of the topping out. tried it a couple times and it was the same result with the crust.

This place is crazy. As I walk through the door a smell of body odour hit me. The only thing good about this place was the Ben and jerry ice cream which they don’t make it. They charge me so much money for ten pizza here for my son Timmy. Come here if you want food that taste like dog food.

good value for the 3 pizza + 3 sides set. delivery arrived 15mins late perhaps why the pizza was not as hot as last time.
