Sharon and Margaret were super kind to us when we were in quarantine nearby. They stocked up food for us and dropped things off to us. They even bought some Xmas presents which made my daughter’s Xmas day very happy. Thank you for all your kindness.

Super lovely service with a smile and delish pies for a cheeky snack. All the options and more you could hope for from a local island shop and best of all a small but great selection of SA Wines. Oh and best of all, breakfast muffins.

Quirky little store. Not a big choice of items but fine if you are on the run". Secondhand books available..post office also there . You can also catch a bus from this shop to other parts of kangaroo island."

I Stopped by and grabbed some basics. It's a convenient place in such a remote area, not so many options but still enough for basics supplies though. The place is being run by locals, I met a nice lady who is running store and made us feel welcomed in American River.
