Stepping Stone Tanunda Childcare & Early Development Centre

My daughter has excelled being at Stepping Stones. If there is a problem they contact you immediately. Also the staff she has had over the 2 yrs have all treated her like she was there own which makes me feel at ease. They are like this with all the children. Highly recommend.

Stepping Stone Childcare Centre TanundaI write this to express my disappointment and concern over a recent matter concerning my 2 year old Granddaughter.Last Friday 24th February I picked up Granddaughter from childcare in the afternoon, and noticed that her nappy was dry. Thinking that staff may have just changed her it didn't immediately concern me; her water bottle was also still full, but I assumed that it had been refilled recently because it was a hot day, and that Granddaughter had drunk lots of water (she's good with her fluid intake as a rule). After arriving home she seemed a little flat but we also put that down to heat as she didn't show signs of illness. At dinner time she didn't eat much, so around 6: 30pm I ran her bath and when I undressed her I noticed that her nappy was still bone dry from 4pm when I picked her up. I was extremely concerned because she normally has good output as well. Not long after that she started to vomit and became lethargic, a clear indication that she was dehydrated. She eventually recovered, with adequate water intake, late Saturday night; she was still a little off" but much better
