Clean and well-stocked gym. Cardio, free weights and machines available. Staff were friendly. Perfect for my needs while on holiday!

This is the best gym anyone can join, Shane is the most knowledgeable and professional coach ever, he's very friendly and takes awesome care of his members.You will also make lifelong friends there, its very family oriented as well. There's an amazing kids play area. My best gym by farrrr❤️

Recently arranged for a holiday membership at Universe Gym for my son, so he could continue his rowing training whilst we were on vacation. Kylie could not have been more helpful - nothing was too much trouble and she was able to assist with delivery of the gym pass, notwithstanding the proximity to Christmas, our late arrival and her own holiday plans. Outstanding service - really went the extra mile to help us out! Thank you so much.

As a older person it was great to find a gym that cared about the older generation.We have a great group 3times a week with Kyle who really cares and is patient and understanding .For any one looking for a great gym I can highly recommend this gym .10 out 10.

not the most stocked gym or largest when it comes to weight training machines, etc, but it does the job, and if you're creative, you can sort out other ways to hit curtain muscle groups.but every time i see any older people over 50 training or having a training session, no offence, but the form they are using or being shown is really bad, and if they are not careful, they are going to hurt themselves..this may be down to simple mobility issuse on their part, but still... if they are shown how to lower the weight and use better form, they would be much better off..please be safei just have to look away sometimes as the trainers should be correcting this while training in groups or one on one..

I recently joined Universe Gym and have loved every minute there. The classes are fantastic and Shane is extremely knowledgeable and knows how to tailor each exercise for a variety of skill levels and ages. The equipment is great and the vibe within the gym is friendly.

My husband I had not been to a gym for many years and we are both in our 70s. Shane planned a programme and watched over us. It was specific to both our requirements. We love t h e unhurried atmosphere and would recommend it to ever age group
