Catherine Hill Bay Pier
Fun place to take family to visit, nice water and clean sand. There are rock pools where kids can see little fishes and sea creatures in peaceful puddles. The old timber dock is an interesting feature, although there are too many daring adventurers climbing over the barriers to jump off it, can be quite dangerous. Watch out for blue bottles.

Catherine Hill Bay Pier is a literal treasure trove for adventurers and photographers. Everytime I visit I find somewhere or something new to look at. The beach in and of itself is also pristine. And flagged during summer. Top notch location.

A most interesting historical place. Also a great place for a swim or fishing. These 'rocks' are interesting too.

It's a great place to wander around at low tide. There are a few small caves and nooks to crawl in, and a huge weathered chain draped around the rocks, down the sand and out to sea. Great place for texture photography.

Fantastic views and great place to go. Although the pier is temporarily closed due to safety concerns, but the view from the adjacent beach is still really good and definitely worth the time to travel! Will go there again and highly recommend!

The Wallarah jetty is a magnificent sight with loads of history. Unfortunately due to the weathering by the sea and bushfires damage, it’s not longer accessible (fisherman’s do climb the fence though). You can still marvel it’s majestic presence by the beach.
