Baseline Retaining

Really happy with our block sand stone wall.It has been the talk of our street.The team were fast, efficient and within our budget. The site was left spotless after they had finished also.Brie in the office was so helpful, understanding and kept us up to date with progress, handling all of our enquires from start to finish.Will be recommending in the future 10/10

Sounds like everyone's been really happy with these guys. Sorry to burst the bubble.I arranged to get a quote for a retaining wall. Sure enough, at the designated time - NO SHOW. I send a SMS to find out what happened and receive a reply saying he's been delayed, and could we arrange for another day. So we set up another time. Again - NO SHOW.That was 4 weeks ago, and I've heard nothing from Tom. Not a peep.The thing is - it's not about the delay. Everyone gets delayed, things come up. But how difficult is it to quickly send a message / make a call etc to let the client know. Its not only they who have to juggle work, family and other things to be present. I also moved other appointments around to make it home at the scheduled time. When the ecnomy is booming and things are busy, tradies dont't seem to give a stuff about other peoples time, only their own. It happens quite regularly with tradies.Im reasonably polite and cool headed in discussions so it's a bit of a mystery. Tom's website looks the part and promises the world

We were confused about what to do with our driveway and entrance. Tom had some great ideas and worked with us to come up with a plan, then brought in his crew to do the transformation. Very happy with the results.

Not recommended at all, totally waste of time.

I worked with Tom and the Baseline team building sandstone block walls in a new residential development on the Sunshine Coast. Tom and his team are professional and their finishes are of the highest standards. If you are looking to have a stone retaining wall built in South East Qld I would highly recommend contacting Baseline Retaining
