Took my van here to diagnose why it was overheating. They advised me that the headgasket was intact with no combustion gasses getting in the cooling system and that the radiator had temperature variation through the core suggesting that some of the capillaries were blocked and I needed a new radiator...I swapped out the radiator and the problem persisted. I tried a whole bunch of other stuff thinking, nah

Really highly priced with normal rate around 350 supplied fitted and with 2 or 3 yrs warranty this company is right out there at 425 rip off every dollar counts people

Good old fashioned customer service. Took my car there for a suspected exhaust leak, after testing and confirming no leak they had the car back to very quickly and refused any money for their time. That's how you win a customer, I'll be using them again.

Took my 200 series LandCruiser in for a pressure test they thought it fine to exceed rated 15 PSI to 30psi. course the radiator exploded and then had to replace the radiator and Brad the most unprofessional person and his position I've ever met

Absolutely disgusting service. Took my car in for a possible leak and cooling issue. I thought being a cooling system specialist they would sort the problem.They have had my car for 4 days and still have not diagnosed or fixed the car and left it to me order parts. I was told it could be the atwr pump or the thermostat, I asked them to tell me which and they say they can't. No water pump in Australia so I am still waiting for an acurate diagnosis after 4 days.Brad was extremely rude, condescending and professional. Never take your car here!If i could give negative stars I would.

I originally ordered a radiator from a different online store because they were alot cheaper since bursons and nissan wanted over 1000 dollars ,however the online store kept delaying me. Aftet reaching out to natrad, i was able to pick up the radiator on the same day. Price also matched the same as the online store unlike bursons and nissan
