Best place for wide range of quality fish. I have gotten two already and they’re in perfect health; I wouldn’t order any plecos from anywhere else; I can’t believe there’s only one guy running the whole show from behind the scenes. He even went out of his way and well above and beyond to help me.

Bought fish from Sean 3 days ago, what can I say but perfect communication amazing healthy fish, Sean certainly knows his business inside out, I’ve bought fish a number of times from Sean over the past year and always lets me know when fish are in or out of stock. Fish are always healthy. I’d recommend the bottom feeder aquarium services to anyone.

An amazing service that was affordable and had a reliable team. I left my fish in the care of the bottom feeders team and could not be any happier. I was away for 3 weeks and had excellent communication with both Sean's. This was my first time leaving my fish in someone else care, highly recommend this service and will be using them again for myself.Videos of my fish was sent to me after every appointment for ease of mind, allowing me to play back and check on my fish.The staff were very accommodating to my requirements and openly listen to exactly what I asked of them while I was away.I would personally recommend this service.

Made a purchase online and waited 5 days for Sean to come out. Sent a follow up email to advise my house number was missing from the invoice which he denied receiving even though showing him proof and had no response from the business. When Sean arrived into my street I was working and unable to take his call and got back to him 22 minutes later. This was Sean’s reply email when asked for a refund otherwise going to consumer affairs;“You can call who the hell you want. You’ll get your refund! Even though you don’t deserve it! Do not contact my business again. And I couldn’t care if you contacted them as you are the one at fault for not answering your phone. I’ll let you know when it’s refunded. DO NOT use this service as the owner acts like a teenaged spoilt brat that has no respect and has ridiculously long wait times to even get his product delivered.

Sean I just wanted to take the time out to say a huge thank you for setting up my fish tank for me, I know Covid hit everyone’s business hard and especially yours but my wife and kids are so happy with the tank and the time and effort you put into aquascaping our tank. Do not buy anything from this business" you will not receive it and you will never hear from the owner. This is the worst dealings I have had with purchasing fish. When I asked for my order to be refunded never heard from him again.Wish they would hurry up and send me my refund. Been almost 2 months since ordering now!"
