THE WORST DETAIL I HAVE EVER PAID FOR! I can't believe I actually paid $300 for what appears to be a 5 year old child has done the job...When inspecting my car on pick up the wheels weren't even cleaned, I asked the manager about the job and his response was It's just dirt residue that has fallen after the car has been watered down" Mate it doesn't take a rocket scientist to know that the wheels/rims are done last after the car has been washed.Regardless

Firstly please see how many reviews the other people have done. This is my first bad review as a Google guide.Please read below.You will notice the 5 stars are from people who work there to counter act the poor reviews.Got my car detailed here. Started with the staff trying to charge me $30 more than the signs said. $340 vs $310.They said car would be ready at 12 I got there at 12 and waited 40 minutes.Got the car and I swear they used a power hose inside. The photos were taken 2 days later have videos of the condensation on the windowsGot a refund but my car now smells damp and mouldy and 4 days later I still can't see out my window in the morning.Went back on Sunday at 4.30 and they were closed. Should have been open.Owner said the staff will pay for it. I'm sorry by you should not make your staff pay for your lack of guidance and training. They should not have to bare the cost.Overall not what I expected. Wet seats doors and floors. If I had a Merc I'm sure I would have gotten a different service.

Excellent service, price and clean

DONT USÉPaid $100 to have my SUV vacuumed, washed and trims wiped down. They spent 35min then said done.Car given back with dirty bonnet (seriously channel at bottom of windscreen wasn’t even wet still full of dust) dirt streaks in random places on body. Vaccuum was quick once over edges of carpet left with both off leaves/grass. Interior trim didn’t really seem donePretty much feel ripped off. Find somewhere, anywhere, else.

Surprisingly friendly. Cafe was clean, tea was good quality and they had funky music playing. They even had a kid's play area out the back. The car was cleaned very well. They were reasonably busy and they deserve to be. Very happy with my experience here and this was the first time I tried them. Definitely going back next time.

Attended the carwash for an interior/exterior clean in mid January 2023, the result of the clean was quite poor, but during the wash they moved the vehicle and obviously hit something with the car and sustained damage to a panel, when I arrived to pick up the vehicle they denied any part in the damage and said the damage was already there. I emailed management and told them what happened, I requested that they review their camera footage and get back to me to discuss, they NEVER contacted me back, avoid this place!

After being asked for $160 at infinity in Preston for a basic wash of a 10 year old car and then reduced to $80 but told they couldn’t guarantee it’d actually be clean, I went to this place. For $75 I got the clean I wanted in half the time. If you’re gullible & have lots of && go to infinity, if you just want your car cleaned - go here
