We had Steamatic Townsville out to do a 2 day Remediation Process on our home due to a Pest Control Over-Treatment in our home. Dale, who did the initial Consult and very detailed Assessment/Quote was very thorough and clear about the process. Tamra and her Team, who I cannot speak highly enough of, did a marvellous job in our home. Tamra is exceptionally good at her job. I am very house proud and was quite nervous about how this process was going to go. But, I needn’t have been concerned. The Team were very thorough in removing all of the offending substance, whilst respecting our home and all of it’s contents. They are incredibly professional and respectfully take on aboard all of the client’s needs, wants, cares and concerns. They ensure a high standard is met at all levels. Their process, procedures and equipment is professional and effective. Once the job was completed you wouldn’t have even know a team of 4 people had been in our home for 2 days cleaning out every cupboard, cavity, nook and cranny. We also had the unexpected bonus of having a persistent bedroom odour eliminated, which has persisted for years, after benefiting from use of the Commercial Grade Air Scrubber Steamatic use during the remediation process. Dale, the branch manager, Townsville, was friendly and professional - came out to quote and explained everything well, as well as following up on job day to make sure we were happy with the outcomes.
