Another day another fantastic job by the girls at Hairytales. I don’t trust anyone else with my hair now, they do too good of a job.The atmosphere is always great in the salon, and the girls are so kind. They put so much care and effort into their craft, and it shows every time.Thank you girls xxx

Hairytales is by far the best salon in Brisbane! After going to another salon and spending thousands and not getting the results over multiple session, I decided to go see Chelsie and the girls.It was the best decision of my life. After just ONE session, Chelsie was able to make my hair dreams a reality. She was extremely professional and spent 7 hours with me correcting the previous salons mistakes. I left the salon feeling super fresh and can't wait for my next session! I highly recommend going to Hairytales if you aren't already x

Such a beautiful atmosphere at this place! Met at the door with lovely customer service which continued throughout my time there. Kelly was the stylist that looked after me and WOW. She did such an amazing job with my hair, I’m so overwhelmed. She listened carefully to everything I wanted for my hair and took her time getting me the most beautiful result. I just came back from this salon and I want to say they were not really professional, I did it before somewhere else but today I was disappointed because my hair colour is awful, lot of colours mixed together and it’s really really far from what I wanted! Also my hair is really damaged, I share my hair picture you. I’m not really happy with result they even didn’t take a picture after their hair job because they knew that it is not a good one!They ruined my hair I have to cut it all of my coloured hair!

I've only been twice so far, but I'm confident this is my new regular salon. Kelly is so sweet and gave me a gorgeous head of blonde - and was kind enough to help me get out on time to pick up the kiddos!! Gorgeous salon too.

Hair cut and colour booked in 2021. Waited many months for appointment salon director. Was informed at time of appointment unavailable due to unplanned absence. A phone call would have been courteous as I was directed to return an hour later. Allocated replacement service person stressed as a result of staff shortages. Customer service was very lacking this day. In hindsight I should have called it then and there. I don’t live in Brisbane anymore but really can’t recommend from my one moment here. Indeed, lightened my hair as request but hair ended up far more damaged than I had and have since experienced from comparable services. Toning and cutting quality was also not proportionate to the high service fees. I did not say anything at the time as I felt it was not worth having a disagreement about, though I did tell a few friends of the experience : (

Hairytales is honestly the most professional hairdresser I’ve ever been too. Chelsie and the girls make you feel so welcomed and listen to your hair needs. They provide realistic and honest answer to any hair wants/desires. My hair is the healthiest it’s ever been thanks to the team! Highly recommend them to everyone!

The most incredible salon I have ever been too. All the girls are so professional, friendly and amazing at what they do. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair.
