Merooka Cattery & Kennel

Merooka kennels are always a great stay for our dogs. Deb n Darryl are wonderful people. They really care for your dogs n cats. There are dog breeders n Deb is a very experienced dog groomer. Merooka is in a nice quite bush setting and I highly recommend it.

Our 14 year dog was looked after excellently.Value was so good for the care and consideration he received.

We have been taking our dog to Merooka for over 5 years and we've never had any problems. It is a very well run facility and I feel that my pet is always kept safe.The grooming is second to none, perfectly cut every time, washed and clipped. He always comes home looking and smelling great.Pricing is very reasonable, especially for the great service. We recommend Merooka to all our dog loving friends and family.

Debbie does a wonderful job caring for my little guy, LG, whenever he stays and I willingly drive over an hour for him to be groomed as I know she does an outstanding job at very reasonable prices. I highly recommend both her kennel and grooming services!

We contacted Merooka Cattery and Kennel to book our 2 Cavoodles for an overnight stay whilst we visited the Dubbo Zoo. Debbie returned our call only to be quite terse on the phone. Debbie asked if our dogs had been at Merooka previously to which I advised they had not at the same time confirming we had all the current vaccination certificates to which Debbie replied are you travellers I said yes and Debbie responded with “We do not accept Travellers”. Perhaps as a little constructive criticism if they are going discriminate against travellers place a note on your web site advising so as not to waste your time and prospective clients time. Note the 1 star ⭐️ Is only because I could not go lower and is purely based on first contact reception not the physical Boarding Kennel facility.
