Thoroughly impressed by the service this team did on my car. Especially Eric, who went above and beyond for me. My patrol came in overboosting and not running right, took it in for a dyno run. There was some miscommunication that broke down somewhere and ultimately my car was run up on the dyno but didn’t get checked over the specific things I was wanting. Eric then contacted me directly and helped me understand exactly what happened. He then went completely above and beyond for me. Even though no one was essentially at fault, it was just a misunderstanding. He took ego aside and in his own words ‘wanted to better my experience’. He turned the situation very positive. I agreed and booked my car in for a full tune and the results were phenomenal. It made more power, was way more responsive, better reliability and much better AFRs, all with less boost which was amazing. I would definitely recommend this team as they care for their customers and the outcome of their service. Thank you Recurve and a massive thank you to Eric!
