Excellent hair cut as usual. 5 stars. He even had the World Cup games on the TV for us to watch whilst we get our hair cut! Exactly what I wanted to watch after a busy day! Thanks again mate!

I have been going to this place for over a year , I like the hair cut there. But customer service is very poor , I bite my tongue every time and try to give excuses of why the gentleman there is having a bad day! But after today exchange I thought it's enough! He makes me feel guilty when you ask for anything like, shorter hair, more fade , no communication at all, grumpy all the times, very odd behaviour and the list goes on and on. My advice to the gentleman if you continue to run your business with this attitude , you won't last long and look at your google score which keeps declining . Replying to the reviews and apologising will not make it better if same customer complains remain about your customer service. those who come to you also have their own issues in lives and you would not want them to take it on you as you do with your customer. I hope you take this feedback and improve rather than apologising.

I’ve been this place for more than one year but his customer service is very poor..: I really liked hair cut but I don’t wanna go and get a haircut when he’s having a bad day..I won’t come back.

The haircut was alright. But the guy acts as if he's paying us to get a haircut. At first, I thought he might have been having a bad day, but after reading other reviews, it seems that being rude and unprofessional is the norm here. Avoid!

The haircut was good, but please do not expect any sort of customer service, you are supposed to be a professional hairdresser when I asked Leo to recommend a size as I was not sure how the sizes work, he got frustrated and nearly angry. Never have I seen a person being that rude. If you are having a bad day close down the shop mate.

Visited this Barbers today as I needed a quality haircut for a work event. Really excellent hair cut, he took his time and concentrated on getting my cut right which I appreciated.Good atmosphere in the place and the barber (Leo or Sam?) just gets down to the job without any need for any small talk. I was pretty tired also so appreciated that.Thanks very much mate, I will be back again next time!

Absolute professional. I’ve been going to Leo’s now for about a year and am yet to have anything but a fantastic haircut. Absolute attention to detail.The prices are also fantastic for the quality haircut you receive in my experience. I only have positive things to say about Leo’s barber.
