The best thing I have ever done, was sign up to Vibe Fitness Gladstone. It's not just any normal gym, it becomes part of your life and you get excited to go and workout with the amazing trainers every day. Everyone welcomes you in and they become your family, always there supporting and encouraging you every step of the way. I started with Vibe way back when they were known as pept. After having time off from having a baby I knew there was no where else I would rather go then follow the girls on their Vibe journey. Everyone from clients, trainers and even the children are always so friendly, welcoming and made you feel at home, like you've been family for years. As a client Vibe changed my life both physically and mentally I would not be where I am today if it wasn't for the whole Vibe tribe. Watching my self and others grow and glow with their fitness journey's is such an incredible experience. I knew it was my place to be. So much so that I made the next step in bettering myself and becoming a trainer with them. Its not just a job for me, it's a passion. Vibe is a wonderful place to workout. Experienced, welcoming and motivating trainers coupled with wonderful people to work out with. People who have become friends! The workouts are diverse, interesting and challenging with modifications if your struggling with injuries.
