2 Years ago I was getting my car serviced at another mechanics and they gave me a list of work that needed to be done, which would cost over $3000! I was recommended to go and see either Ian or Peter for a second opinion which, luckily I did. They checked over the list and half the stuff that was on it didn't even need fixing! The work they did do was a lot cheaper that what the other company had quoted and all up, I only had to spend $850 as opposed to the $1300 quoted by the other mechanics.. For the same work!Two years on and I get my car serviced by these guys every 6 months. They have always been very fair and honest when it comes to both prices and advice on what work actually needs to be done. As a female I have many felt like they (mechanics) I have used in the past have taken advantage of my lack of knowledge about cars. So these guys are a fantastic change!I have sent all my friends to Len Hughes & Associates and they all say the same! Big thanks from a happy customer! See you in April for my next service! :)

I was new to the team here. The guys serviced our car in a timely manner and told us that what the car yard said the car needed was not needed at all. Ian talked us through the repairs and did so in a way that would not go over your head if you aren't so good on the technical aspects and came in on budget. I have been telling any of my family and friends looking for a new mechanic about them! Also great that they are often there at 6am for an early drop off!

Fantastic local mechanic, genuine honest and reliable. I like the fact I'm not rushed when I go down and things are explained very clear to me. All items and labor are separated on the invoice, and all work I've received has been quality and honest.
