Absolutely amazing service! Not only fixed what we needed but fixed things we didn’t know needed fixing! Computer has gone from broke to working well. Very reasonably priced and lovely gentlemen that helped us out.

This is an absolutely wonderful operation. I have been with them since 1998. I am completely computer illiterate yet they have always been extremely tolerant, patient and helpful. Nothing - no matter how small - is too much for them and the service is fast, friendly and exceptionally efficient. I could not recommend them too highly!

I dropped my laptop and went to get it repaired, and they seemed good enough at first. I also asked for an HDD upgrade.They claimed that they had almost fixed it, however whenever I went there the screen was flashing and it was still broken, and they told that it's fine".So after about a month they "fixed it" and seemed to be working fine. However they had lost one of the rubber feet for the laptop! It turns out

Awesome service, reasonable prices also. Hi Micro are one of the few computer stores left in Canberra, if I’m not mistaken they have been operating for 20+ years! Longevity in the computer parts and repair business is uncommon, especially for a bricks and mortar company. I think this is all telling, you don’t last that long if your service is bad.

Based on recommendations I dropped off my aging laptop for some hardware work, and it was promptly diagnosed, fixed, and even upgraded a little.Computer services can be tricky in Canberra but I have no hesitation in recommending Hi-Micro.
