Though service was relatively prompt. Quality control seemed to be missing when my new blinds were made and installed. When they were called back to inspect drooping blind runners, they only bent brackets to level the blinds rather than use the slotted mounting holes both vertical and horizontal. only 1 screw was used per bracket when there is clearly provisions for 3 screws. Wands were needed to be cut to fit smaller windows (some were cut and some not) these were cut with a hacksaw and not finished smooth or straight with jagged edges. When this subject was bought up, 'its just how it is' was the response i got. I didn't bother to bring up the fact that there was up to 6mm difference in the length of the blinds as i could already premeditate the response. Lucky for me i am handy with a screw gun and will fit these blinds properly.Maybe i should have known when they showed up to quote the job in thongs?
