Not even deserve one star, 2 Asian sales girl busy talking at the counter, not even greet us and don’t talk about serving us. They should get sack, terrible customer service.

Went there today and found something nice for myself. There is a line to go in but it was not very obvious and a lot of customers walked in and didn’t know there was a line within the store. Maybe there should be a sign outside of the store directing people to line up at the start. The lady serving me was nice and understood what I was looking for. She even helped me tried the charms on another sales assistant’s bracelet. Sales was great but not a huge selection.

Angie!!! Your customer service is absolutely appalling! She needs a lot of training in this area I hope management takes note of this. Upon arriving not one single word was uttered to me nor was I acknowledged. I stood at the counter waiting for an absurdly long time. She was with another customer but didn’t even look up to say “ Hi I’ll be with you in a second” she just completely ignored me as I stood awkwardly at the counter waiting to pay for my purchase. The whole scenario would of continued for longer if I didn’t speak up as it was clear she had no intention of serving me or even acknowledging that I was in the store. Unbelievable. Will be avoiding this store in the future. Customers are the only thing keeping you in a job missy. Improve your attitude.

One of the worst customer service here. Bought stuff here on last boxing day morning. The western staff with gel nail ( she didnt wear name tag) is so unfriendly and unprifessional. She was annoyed to let us try different products. Sent a long feedback after scanning qr code there but theres no response back.

5 customers in line over 25 mins while cashier Nadia waits for one customer to receive a text whether or not he should buy some jewellery instead of helping other customer while he waits.

We came by DFO pandora during the buy 2 get 1 free charm going on. Bought dozens of charms as gifts however the lady at the front her name was Samantha was making it difficult as we tried to explain that we wanted to buy in seperate transactions. We explained that it would be more beneficial for us to pay separately for our order so it would be cheaper for us but she would talk back saying that it would “work out to be the same total” when it really wasn’t and it was proved to her in the end! I know how to do the maths and I ended up being right. She had an attitude on her after being proved wrong and we were not pleased by that as we even saw the looks she gave us, absolutely DISGUSTING! You don’t think we see you being disrespectful????

Disinterested sales staff. Was too busy putting jewellery into the holders to acknowledge us. Unusual as our local store in QLD are normally all over you!Spent our money in another jewellery store instead.

Wish I could give 0 star. There is a asian lady who is not even interested to show me any ring. I went there 2-3weeks before and nicely ask her to show me the rings, but she was not even interested to say hey to me I was the only one who was trying to call her. When it came to customer service, beside of showing me the rings she just said I do not have anything in your size. Disgusting service. I don’t remember the name. but she is either chinese or vietnamese. Please try to atleast serve a customer.

The worst store ever. Lady came to help us, but since there were people waiting before us asked lady to help them, when we went back for help, the lady said I just came to you. Other two girls working were also least interested to help and just helping selective customers. There was a crowd, but we were still waiting patiently and still got treated as if we owed something to the people working there. Horrible experience! Never going back again!
