I got car transit insurance for my car.I cancelled the insurance before the start date as I realised my current car policy covered me for it.Express insurance used their right" (as per their policy) to charge the brokerage fee for the insurance I never used.Around 1/3 of the price is the brokerage fee charged.They do justify it "as highlighted in their policy".I am not sure how can they justify it ethically.Please make sure you are aware of their "policy clause" and this practice before you take out a policy with them."

We purchased an insurance when we were relocating from Australia to New Zealand in October. Daniel from Express Insurance was incredibly helpful, always responded to my questions within a few hours. The process was very easy and quick. I will definitely go back to Express Insurance if I ever need an insurance again.
